Resembles an Indonesian kris knife to me. They had a similar blade and were used for ceremonies and as a weapon.

Simple answer: yes. Not knowing its age, etc. makes it hard to price

Check this out; maybe it will help you. My personal guess from the observation of the blade oxidation and marks is that it's not a tourist knife.
