I found this at a old house from the 1900's and I think it's copper because it rang up in the 70's. I am guessing it's a old dutch peace symbol all I can find is the poster showing the symbol.

I would like to know about the year it's made if possible and something on the internet that looks like it. and what it went on.

Well. It's a swastika. Doesnt mean it is nazi however. The symbol has major significance in Indian culture and can mean good luck and 10000 among other things.

Up until 1936 the Swastika was a good luck symbol. Don't know that the Dutch used it but the Finnish did (and Hindi, Navajo, etc.)

The Finns were using it LONG before the Germans (1918 Thulin D).

Back in 1978 I lived in Kirkland Lake (town built on Gold Mines) a nearby was the town of Swastika Ontario. They had their name before the Nazi's and when Ontario wanted to change the town's name, they fought back. There was a drug company in the town back then and on their advertising they would have saying's like "Hitler got to hell, we had it first" and other similar things printed on matchbooks, boxes and signs.
Swastika, Ontario
