old eagle piece???

found this lead piece today and it has an eagle on the front and "DEVOR'S EAGLE" wrote on it. any ideas what it may be guys? thanks,David

DEVOE'S eagle - - not devor's.

Looks like the top of a snuff tin! something similar: 1944 DEVOES EAGLE SNUFF TIN 1893 Columbian Expo Samp (01/04/2012)...
