Old Farm House turns up 14K Diamond Ring

I got permission to search an old farmhouse my whites detector displayed pulltab,small ring,its worth it to dig up those pulltab readings,my first gold ring.does anyone have any imformation on its age.

That's a very nice find and looks like what was once called a "promise" ring. A promise ring was a kinda, sorta engagement-to-BE-engaged ring.

If the stone is not a diamond, then it's a birthstone ring.

Either way, it's a very good find. A lot of folks detect a looooooooong time before finding a nice one like that. Congratulations.

Interesting find. Might be early 50's or 40's design. It is a great find.
