Old friend's ring
A couple days age I got a call from an old ski buddy asking my help in finding his gold initial ring. He had worn the ring for many years and had recently lost it at his brother-in-law's house near Media, PA. He knew of some of my metal detecting exploits I had told him about and that I lived near Media and hoped I could help him. So I met him today at the Riddle Ale House and we went to his brother-in-law, Mike's, house to look for his ring. I let him use my Ace 250 and Mike used my Shadow X3. After instructing both on the use of those detectors I grabbed my Explorer II and we started hunting. After about 10 minutes I located his gold ring and gave it to him. He was really happy about that. Afterward we went back to the Ale House and he bought me lunch and a beer. I was happy about that.
