Old Gold Ring....

i found this ring in the ocean today. I think it is Filigree design, but any id's would be helpful. Can't make out the hallmark/citymark. On the scratch stone its either 18k or 22k. found this in 3 foot of water same sight that has produced Spanish Silver.

Looks very old to me maybe late 1800's and looks 22k + !!
