I hit an estate sale this weekend on the half-price second day. Picked up some nice silver but I saw a box of ephemera for $8 dollars which would be half price at $4. When I looked in the box I could see some cards dated 1940s and they were quite colorful. I said what the heck and took a chance and bought a whole box. I sorted out mostly family pictures, greeting cards, drawings and some letters. There's probably 250 cards from the 40s 50s and 60s . I also found an advertisement for a Pearl Bailey concert and believe it or not it was autographed. I have bundled the items together in different themes and listed them on eBay separately. I got 11 watchers on the card bundle and bids on it already. Who knows where this auction might end up. It should be a good sale. I will now always buy greeting cards ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1461289724.235178.webpImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1461289742.851416.webpImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1461289764.837260.webpImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1461289779.362281.webpImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1461289803.456764.webp

Great find. I like buying in bulk like that. Kind of a treasure hunt in its self.

I love ephemera. Especially stacks that have mixed stuff in it. Great find!
