Not so old house anyways!! Alot more clad than I thought and enough to keep me coming back for another trip. I'd say I hit about fifty percent of the year so far. First two digs were wheats(both 40's) then started digging quarters before the memorial cents came. The 1953 Panama silver was about six inches deep and the aluminum 50 centimes(1941) sounded just like an Indian Cent. Ended the day with:

18 quarters
14 dimes
3 nickels
36 memorial cents
12 wheats
and the two foreign coins

Was happy to see silver and hope to pop a couple more out next time I visit.

Nice finds,

I got a similar coin like the one you have. I'm sure there is more out there somewhere.

Nice haul. That Panama coin is very cool 8). Thanks for the post. As soon as the rain stops, I'm off to enjoy some easy deep digging...
