I recently found this at a estate sale and I’m having trouble finding a value. I have had no luck researching the name, or what I believe the name to be. All suggestions are appreciated.

Welcome. For whatever reason, I guessed it was French. The etching is by a French artist Boris O'Klein, from the series "Naughty Cats." He also did a series on dogs of Paris. Value seems to be around $90. Nice find, depending on what you paid. The cats are lined up to use the restroom, and the one far to the right is whizzing on the tree.

Thank you, I paid $70 for about 10 pieces of wall art. This is the only original, unless you count the ones done by a family member. I think I’ll count this one as a win.
