Old key

I found this key in an old park. Looks like it was made in 1929. I can't find any info on the internet. Anyone know anything about this ?

Key chain fob. Attached to all your keys in case you loose them, they can be returned. No idea on value....some people collect the "Lost...Return" fobs though.
