I think it is a perfume bottle. Is there a stem sticking down inside from the cap?

It's not a medicine vial, perhaps a scent, or nail polish. Can you remove the cap, and show us the finish?

I dug it in a field it was approx. 4 inches deep. I never opened it and it looks sealed. Whatever was in it is still there.....

THe only thing Ive found similar is a Homeopathic Medicine Vial from 1860-1910 or so

There is nothing homeopathic, nor medicinal about this. If you want further clues, unscrew the top, show us the lip of the bottle and it's base in closeup, natural light photos. It's mid 20th Century, date wise.
