Old miniture porcelain doll?

This was found by my friends grandmother in the 1930's.
It was found in a farm field in Metcalf county Kentucky.
Any information on this would be great! Thanks!

I've heard they are called "penny dolls" or "miniature charlotte" and were made in Germany.

prices vary greatly depending on condition. Average I have seen in shows and in toy dealers booth's are 5-35 dollars.
