Old "Real Bronze" Lock

Howdy All. I found this last night at a 1920's home site. It says "REAL BRONZE" on both sides.

I see a few on the net but nothing on the age and maker. Any ideas?

Hard to say when the lock was made, Ebay has a few for sale, with keys, and the hasp for $20 each. All they say though is "vintage"... of course, I have "vintage" clothes that are 30-35 years old.....
