old religious medal

I am thinking it is old. Anyone seen one like this?

I think its a Catholic 4-way medal. I havent found a match yet. http://www.catholicfreeshipping.com/Products/cfs_fourwaymedal.html
The 4 medals include St. Christopher, St. Joseph, Scapular (Sacred Heart & Our Lady of Mt. Carmel), and Miraculous Medal.

The bottom is the Miraculous Medal.
I think I see the Holy Spirit in the center of yours.

The back side of my medal looks different than the other 4-way medals. Could it be older?
