I have met some "Russians" in Alaska that still dress in native costume. They are very friendly, honest and trusting people. The clothing is quite ornate; reminded me somewhat of Tibetan dress. Thanks for the pics Kamgort

Thanks. Before Alaska was a territory of Russia. Russian emperor sold Alaska to America. This is a historical fact and to deny it makes no sense.
In Alaska, living descendants Russi conservatives who have kept the faith life of the era.

I am a woman please don't think wrong of me because I do not mean it to sound wrong....but your women are so very beautiful...the dresses are also so beautiful.... are the dresses for very special occasions or would a normal housewife wear something similar?


I love the red one....I bet they are very, very expensive.
