Old sand cast Bronze train bell

Help. Help. Need info on my Bell. Selling it to help out friends in need of $$$ It measure 16 inches and weighs over 200lbs. no visable markings on it. i can e-mail photos if that helps. tried to load them here but failed. thanks

Is it in an iron or brass swinging crane? Really, you should try to post a picture(s) of it for a true evaluation. Markings are not common on train bells. A 200+ pound 16" bronze bell alone is probably worth $350. minimum because of the metal content, but is probably worth far more if in good condition as a collector item. A true steam engine bell with a crane, your probably looking at $1200.++
