Old tiny Padlock!

Found this tiny padlock yesterday. Electrolosis took the loop off, too rusted and made of iron. The rest is brass and I can make out W W MT I think and a Pat date ending in 74. Not sure if 1874 or 1774. Thanks for looking! Paul
