✅ SOLVED Old Toledo sword?

Hey guys,

Found a 33' sword, has "Toledo" stamped in the blade and "1866" on the other side. Does anyone know anything about these?

i dont know if yours is from a toledo steel company, but Toledo, Spain
area has made swords, knives for hundreds of yrs

Thanks for the input guys. It was brought to me as a "civil war sword" (yeah right). I'm interested in it, just have no idea what to offer the guy. Hes had it quite a while, of course that's not to mean its not a old repro.

The handle is also very loose, seems a real toledo wouldnt be that shoddy. But i dont know, hense why im asking!

yes prob a repro, you say handle is loose, thats not good
tried to check the coat of arms, search terms:
coat of arms of toledo Spain 1866
& another search:
Faith and protection, castle,lion,star,sheild
this is close as i got, think yours is prob a generic coat
