old vets salute the flag

Hello. I recently saw a video on W&E Treasures forum that showed two older veterans, one navy and one army, trying to outdo each other saluting the flag in front of their homes every morning. I have searched for hours and can't find it again. Can someone point me in the right direction. Thanks.
