Old wax seal?

Found this small lead Item in a forrest. I live in the Netherlands so history can date way back here..
Anybody an jdea what it could be ?

Agree. Lead bale seal. Rampant lion with sword and arrows would be Dutch Republic.

That's what I thought first but the backside is pretty weird for a bale seal.

Yeap, not a variant I have seen, but my best guess as well.
