The crash box is 28 inches wide x 21 inches tall. The flare (where the jet tube connects) is 12 inches wide at the box x 16 inches long and 8 1/2 inches outside diameter. That makes the wall thickness roughly 8th to 3/16 thick. Crash box front is 7 inches expanding to 12 inches.
