What "exactly" does it say below the shield? It looks like 360SC or something - anything on the back?

Hey. It looks like an older training center pin. Probably 1976? Hard to say. Either way, probably $5 to maybe $20 if you are really lucky. Tough sell either way.

The 360 usc is the U.S. code the gives the US Olympic committee the rights to the rings, the word Olympic, and so on. They are granted in perpetuity.

Yes, that's why it's more likely on the lower end. Still, older examples are rare. It wasn't until the mid 1980's that the usoc tried to make the training centers a tourist stop, and started to make the pins available to the public.
