need your help. Found on an archaic site. Hard to tell if this is worked or result of natural forces. Any opinions would be appreciated.

Looks like a good tool for cutting to me.
 
Is it broken on the straight end or worked? I agree with Bow Only that it could be a tool for cutting and also may have been a scraper.
