Creeks are almost completely dry in North eastern Okla. but the weather was fantabulous today, so we decided to walk down the empty creek beds and see if we could find anything. Found a beautiful knife/blade and another broken one
--Both are very thin with some great flaking. Also found a couple of other broke pieces and lots of flint.

......Yes, it was so nice to get out and this weather is awesome---Going from 100 degrees one day to 75 degrees the next day is wild. The weather was just too good to stay inside, and we didn't even see any snakes! Just lots of lizards
.
That was a rush.
. The stone has a slick look to it, like the rock the blade was knapped from might have been heat treated before they knapped it. That is really a nice one.
