Picked this up in the wet this afternoon. The largest silver ring I've ever found. It has marcasite pieces set in the emblems. Heavy almost 12g. Any ideas on what these emblems might represent? :dontknow: The emblem does look somewhat like the French fleur design...I cleaned it up and added a picture.

Looks like a cub/Boy Scout emblem in the middle.

Very cool looking ring, congrats!
Hopefully someone invents a picture type scanner like "Goggles" but one that would actually work all the time. If you have a iPhone it may be worth it to download the app and try.

It does look like boy scouts but way to big for a kid. Would like to see it cleaned up.

Very nice ring find.

It resembles the French "fleur-de -lis flower symbol, but not sure

Rich - nice find. With current conditions any find is good. I pulled some fresh drops junk jewelry and some clad but not much these days. Lets hope some waves show up and open up pockets. Did pull a wheat at a sidewalk tear out this morning before work. See you at the beach.

That's not big, that's huge...congrats on a hunk of a ring...cleaned up nice.
