One Cent Coin ?

Cleaning my clad pennies today I found this mixed in the batch. When I found this coin I thought it was just another zinc penny eaten up by being in the ground. Hope someone out there can tell me what it is, do not think it's old, but appears to be a foreign coin of some type.

One cent mark appears to be back of coin.

PS: The words 'Majulah Singapura' appear on the coin; meaning Onward Singapura.
Coincidentally, that is also the title of Sinapore's National Anthem.
