One Known, One Unknown

A couple of days ago, my wife brought back two coins from the local CoinStar.

One we're all familiar with. The other one I have no idea.

Can anyone ID the mystery coin?

1974 Moroccan 1 Dirham coin featuring the national coat of arms and Arabic text.
Made of copper-nickel; weighs 6 grams and has a diameter of 24mm.
Minted in the year 1394 of the Islamic calendar=1974 in 'ours'.
Don in SoCal
