One Lone LC

Today was my third and final day in NJ. I have to thank my host TREBLEHUNTER for allowing me to barge into his town and relentlessly hunt his spots. He is as nice a gentleman as you could hope to meet. Thanks buddy!



The weather was nice today and the spots were just beautiful.



My host bested me today, with a nice selection of coins and relics. I did manage to locate one coin, it’s a toasty 1827 large cent.



The memories and the people are the important part. I’ll always remember this time, with great fondness.

I’ll head to the Shenandoah Valley tomorrow morning for a couple of days of CW hunting, it’s on the way home, it would be crazy to NOT stop. A couple of TNetters are going to host Locodigger and I, the madness continues!

I’m preparing to head to our rendezvous spot in Virginia. It’s tough to leave NJ, I’ve had a really good time, but nothing lasts forever.

Thanks man. They don’t appear a lot in the West, or where I live in the South. The Northeast is littered with them, you can’t keep the lawnmower blade sharp because you hit so many in your own front yard!

I'm glad I got to find out along with the other "*******s of bramble" that your a gymnast cartwheeling son of a gun. I've got a lot of work here at the house to get out of the way so I can mugg up on some big fish, nothing like 40 lb class striped bass fishing to get your blood flowing.
