Had a day to metal detect last weekend so i headed down to the shore. Beach was sanded in though, so i gave up on it and headed North again to Garrett Mountain to try my luck again. Only found 5 coins and they were all toasted. The soil is very hard on copper up there. Only 1 i could get a date off of was this 2 center. Also found a Stainless Steel US Marine Corp pocket knife that was beyond use. Thanks for looking, mm2
