J.E.B. Stuart civil war sword hanger....Frankford Arsenal....it also has US written on the middle piece....dug in northern virginia.....i didn't know what it was at first and thought it was twisted out of shape....i ALMOST tried to bend it....my husband mentioned how it looked like it hung on a belt and that's when it clicked....sword hanger!!
