Only $10 in halves - Solid roll of silver!!

Little supermarket bank only had 1 roll of halves 2x1965, 3x1966, 4x1967, 10x1968, 1x1969 !! my first solid roll Next bank had $250 in halves which I thought were someones dumps Found 2x1967, 3x1968, 1x1969. Some days the half dollars are my friends.

congrats on your score, i find that the supermarket tellers near me hoard silver, but it's always worth a shot asking for halves and large dollar coins

I can't get boxes of halves in my area and the loose ones I find are mostly clad. Been hunting since feb 2012 and I've got 2 40%. I keep trying though. Maybe soon my luck will change. Great score on the solid roll. HH
