My friend Canslaw & I went out to a house built in 1930 this morning. This is some of the finds... No old coins though which was weird?

:hello2: That "Deputy Marshall" Badge looks pretty serious, kid must've had fun running around wearing that.:hello2:Maybe "no coins" means you'll find them next time there, but maybe that family was very careful not to lose coins during those years of the Depression & WWII. In those days, even a nickel or dime could buy a lot. Have Fun in the New Year! Andi

Between the (2) of us today in 2.5 hrs we found (52) clad coins... just no wheat's or silver (no old coins)? Weird for a 1930's built house...

Congrats on the very cool finds! The DM Badge and Minnie Mouse spoon? looks to be from the mid to late 50's. IMHO
