Found it today out detecting. Very ornate. Has pat july 6 1875 or 1873 on it. Any idea's is much appreciated and Thanks in advance.

Is the patent date in the small rectangle? Might be a picture rail hanger but. Couldn't find n like it.

Yes the patent date is in the small rectangle box.

I believe this is the patent. Picture frame hanger after all.

Thank you Mr. Fourman110. I think you hung this one . I've been at it for almost a year now and I just love finding little things like this. They don't make things like this, now a days, that last as long.
