Ornithopod Phalange?

I found this in the two medicine formation of Montana. I originally thought it was maybe a well worn phalange from an ornithopod dinosaur. But it doesn't match the structure of any that I have previously seen. It also has a weird shape that makes me not think it is a vert. It is wider at the bottom and becomes more narrow at the top. There are these bony rings near the ends of the bone. What is it?

It's hard to tell on here because photos never seem to capture the look and feel of exactly what is there. I see what you mean and it very well be but I cannot say for sure. I know one thing.. If it wasn't, you'd hear about it...
