Our Alabama Dig

Thought you all would like to see photos of our dig. Big success! We found an elites grave. Dates to early woodland. The pottery is probably Depford Plain. Attached to the piece is mica. Probably attached to pot with tree rosin. What fun.

They are high school and college. Report goes to Alabama Historical Commission. Artifacts to Randolph County Museum. Elite's grave was full of mica, pottery and points! About 3'x3' and about 4' deep. All I can say right now.
