Out for the season!

Well friends, I couldn't wait for summer to do some detecting. Then yesterday while I was running, my Achilles tendon decided to detach itself. Now instead of the beach hunt I had planned next week I'll be getting surgery to repair it. Looks like I won't be hunting for a while. At least I can hang out here on my laptop and view every one else's finds. I know that God allows everything to happen for a reason! But I'm still bummed out about it. Happy Hunting gang!

S.C.---I feel your pain. I live in the frigid north (WI) and was detecting a sledding hill 3 weeks ago today. Up and down, up and down with no problems. Drive home and when I get out of the car, my knee is killing me. Took 3 weeks to get a doctors appointment but I see the doc tomorrow. Good luck and I wish you a speedy recovery.
