ovate? paleo?

Found this rose quartz peice today. If its a knife its alot smaller than the ones I usually find and if its an ovate its way bigger than what I find. Its about 2.5 inches. What do you think? The orange quartz is rough and thick and missing its tip. Found in the water so it is very worn. Probably was white quartz at one time. Cant get an ID on it. Any ideas? Its been a slow month for me.

My best guess judging from the material used, thickness, and workmanship would be a Guilford round base.
 

I agree with 37 a Guilford. Nice one too.

thanks guys. any ideas on the rough worn peice. Was hopin with the base it was paleo.
