Over 150 year old rocking chair help

My mom has this old rocking chair and I can't find another like it. She knows it was at least 100 years old when she got it 50 years ago. It used to have horse hair in the cushion. We are looking to sell it. Was wondering if anyone would have any idea worth. Any info would help. Thanks!
