Owl/Man shirt or hat pin?

When I first dug this up my girlfriend and I thought oh an owl pin you can see where the pin part has come off the back. Neat! Upon getting it home I still see the owl but I also see a dancing man amongst the owl? If anyone has any information on this or if it symbolizes anything we would love to know! Thanks!
