PA Fall Scenery (LOTS of pics)

I was busy on Saturday with the fire company. We had to set up a medical site for a group
that held it's annual 25 Mile Megatrasect Run. People come from all over to run, walk and
hike this race. Anyway's, in between treating minor bumps and bruises, I got to treck around
the woods a bit. Took lots of pics and picked a few teaberry's.

I don;t know much at all about mushrooms, except they sure are pretty. There were lots of different kinds all over the
place (they're still in the woods, I did'nt pick any lol)

These were growing on a fallen Hemlock. One of the guys with our group thinks they are edible but not if they grow on Hemlocks.

A bottle I found inside of a decayed tree stump

See the bottle? It had a lid of some kind on it but hen I picked up the bottle, the lid disintegrated.

Caretakers House. This place used to be a pak and campground area and this is the building the care taker lived in
and also served as the park office.

Side yard and pond area of the house

This is along the pond area. Two of the runners in the race, stopped here (it was the half way point) and got married
and then finished the race with "Just Married signs on the backs LoL

Excellent, particularly the fog lifting and the cool stream. Sorry that old boy couldn't run fast enough.

I like that rock border/wall along the creek.

Had some of those mushrooms on some locust trees, a friend wanted them, he said he knew someone that paints them. ? Sounded funny to me.

I love the woods around here this time of year. The colors are so bright and everything is so peaceful.

I think Im gonna get them printed and framed. My livingroom decor is all
"outdoor/cabin/nature" stuff ...with animals too lol
So these pics will fit in with the theme of it all.
