Nothing... Only that it is realy niece painting... Tried searching through google images? Maybe it will help?

What is the medium? Oil, watercolor, egg tempera etc. That can be important as most (not all) artists tend to stay in the same medium. What is it painted on?? What's on the back? Does it appear old? Those are things you can tell us about it.
