I don’t think there is enough info showing in that one pic to make an informed guess.

A different light. What appears to be a flute. It's a pretty sharp rectangle at the base.

What’s the other side look like ? It’s also hard to tell because the pics seem blurry , the middle pic is clearer but the rest have a blur to them making it hard

Hard to say for sure , when it’s wet can you see any flaking at all ? Do the sides feel ground closer to the bottom ?
 

you have what appears to be an impact fracture on the relic. More than likely not a paleo basal section.
