Woodruff blades are bi-pointed Red Ochre culture blades. Basically, they are a Turkeytail Fulton preform. They look just like Fulton, but no notches. Some have recurved blade ends, and others are just elliptical. The majority are the latter. They look just like what you're showing there, and are found very frequently.
However, it could be something else. There are bi-pointed blades in all time periods - even paleo. I have a cast of a bi-pointed blade found in paleo context here somewheres in my mess, and I also cast one of the "early ovoids". The Early Ovoids are basically an ellipse with small basal notches for a lanyard, like a corner tang. I think it would be pretty hard to tell on alot of them, unless found in direct association with something else.
You know what, it may help if I upload a Woodruff page for you. Even though they were named quite a while back, there has been very little published about them.
