Paleo stemmed Knife?

Trying to learn how to distinguish between different styles of points/tools/etc...comes with experience that i dont have at the moment. But ive found a passion in this and i just want to absorb as much info as possible... Thanks friends

Lets see the other side of it. Looks like a knife type but not Paleo. I find some rough and tough pieces that I thought was old but ended up being Mississippian period. Looks to be a Spike.
 
paleo is the most well made point.they really liked thier tools and made them very well
 
Paleo knifes lot of them where square blades, there are a lot of books that will give you a idea on types. I would recommend buying you one and start reading. When someone post a point go to your book and check it out.
