Panning creeks in Central Louisiana

I have just recently began to get into searching for gold in small creeks
I have a sluice box and I am currently constructing a shaker table!
Does anyone have any tips or ideas

Hey Amrfixit!! Supposedly some gold in the creeks near Jena!! Diffuse Band of Gold bearing soil from the Natchitoches region, east through the Jena area!! Hope this helps!! GOOD LUCK and GOOD HUNTING!! VERDE!!
