Parlin and Orendorf Sucess Plow

Found a P & O Canton Sucess Plow watch fob and a State Fair Agriculture, Science and Arts badge or hanger. Parlin and Orendorf were in Canton, Illinois from 1865 to 1919 when they sold out to International Harvester.

I feel sure it's from the Texas State Fair as dug in Tx., but I also couldn't find anything on it. No dates , place on it, backmark Schawb S & S, Milwaukee which doesn't help.
