dont know the make but its a flat head that probably has a crack in it. :dontknow:

This is a “High” style head for use with 1918-1927 T's. - ? ? ?

But really... just a guess.

My dad had a 1948 Ford pickup with a flathead V8. There should be a part number cast on it that you could research and ID.
