I made the trip to Ballston Spa this morning with two boxes of Pfannebecker glass and stoneware bottles, this is how the display looks, I am also attaching a pic of the write-up I did, as well as some pics from the 1970's dig at the Pfannebecker Brewery site that unearthed over 1,000 bottles before the site was taken over by the new owners.

Thanks to Rick DeMarsh for getting me the space to do the display, they are on loan for 6 months, what an amazing collection there is at the museum. There is some great displays, no overcrowding, and something for everyone in the hobby...

Jeez that's a lot of bottles.
 

Awesome background story, what fond memories you made there....but I nearly broke into tears at the sad part though.:sadsmiley:
 

I remember when tom brought some over to one of the meetings when the jersey shore bottle club was in Belmar . he was a nice guy. this is Tom Blaney the guy holding the bottles.
