Anyone familiar with PDI marking on the inside of this ring? Is it gold?

There is a good possibility from the looks of the setting that this is gold with real diamonds. The initials may be the jeweler or store that designed the piece. I may be wrong but that's my hunch.

Or Premier Designs. Does it have a karat mark? It looks like possible light wear to the plating on the prongs..it's hard to tell though.

No karat mark.

I was in the jewelry business for 20 years... The stones do not look real and the prongs seem to show wear which indicates it is a plated mounting....

Based on the info provided, no one would have any way to determine if it is real K gold or not.

In my opinion not gold. Edges are too "square"..all or nearly all gold rings I've seen have a more beveled appearance to them.
