Interestingly similar. The one on the left I recently won on Ebay and the one on the rite I found in the wild a long time ago.

Just curious as to why you think NLR or tweener; and, why not for the second one?

The bright base, bold colors, 4 distinct ribbons instead of 2 ribbons that got stretched thin to look like 4 ribbons. See how the second one's green fades towards the middle of the marble, like one edge is crisp while the other sort of bends off. That's what rainbos do but not NLRs.
